Recently we had the opportunity to visit our new CSA for this year! They deliver much closer to our house - at the Wednesday night farmer's market - yeah! We drove out to the farm to get a tour and pick up free asparagus.
Roasted with a little olive oil & lemon juice and topped with shredded Parmesan...Yummy!
